First meeting of a Muslim/Christian Scriptural Reasoning study group to compare, contrast and discuss passages from the Quran and The Bible.  

At an initial meeting in January the current focus on Christian/Islam relations led to a discussion of the possibilities of widening the discussion to Hindus and Sikhs. This remains a possibility. 

The group felt that "the challenge with secularism and lack of faith across society is better challenged by bringing people of different faiths together and living out our respective faiths with mutual respect in a secular society". 

There is absolutely no intention of this group being a conversion activity. 

Muslims and Christians from any Mosques and Churches in Norbury, Thornton Heath, South Norwood, Upper Norwood, West Croydon, Woodside areas welcome.  You do not need to be a scholar!
